At LONESTAR LIQUIDATION, we specialize in liquidated, open-box, shelf-pull, used, overstock, and customer-return merchandise. Because liquidation inventory varies widely in condition and functionality, all items are sold strictly AS-IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.

By purchasing from LONESTAR LIQUIDATION, you agree to all terms listed below.



RETURN POLICY – ALL SALES FINAL

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise:
    •    No returns
    •    No refunds
    •    No exchanges
    •    No cancellations once an order is placed
    •    No exceptions for condition, functionality, or missing parts

This applies regardless of:
    •    New / open-box / used / damaged / untested condition
    •    Packaging condition
    •    Functional issues
    •    Differences from stock photos
    •    Missing accessories or parts
    •    Buyer’s expectations or assumptions



2. STRICT AS-IS / WHERE-IS POLICY

All items are sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS, with all faults, visible or hidden.

This includes but is not limited to:
    •    Cosmetic wear or damage
    •    Scratches, dents, or imperfections
    •    Electrical issues
    •    Missing components
    •    Signs of previous use
    •    Manufacturer defects
    •    Items not performing to factory specification

By purchasing, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the item’s condition.



3. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND

LONESTAR LIQUIDATION provides:
    •    No manufacturer warranty
    •    No store warranty
    •    No guarantee of merchantability
    •    No guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose
    •    No guarantee of completeness, performance, or lifespan

No implied warranties apply.



4. FUNCTIONALITY NOT GUARANTEED

Unless explicitly labeled as “tested and working,” items may:
    •    Not function
    •    Function partially
    •    Require repair
    •    Have undisclosed defects
    •    Fail shortly after purchase

Buyer assumes all risks related to functionality.



5. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE PROTECTION

To prevent misuse, you agree that:
    •    You will not file a chargeback for any issue related to condition, expectations, or product performance
    •    Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation
    •    You may be banned from future purchases for improper disputes

Once an order is placed, the buyer accepts full responsibility.



6. WRONG ITEM SENT (ONLY POSSIBLE REVIEW)

We will ONLY review cases where the item received is completely different from the item ordered.

To qualify, you must:
    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    •    Email Contact@Lonestarliquidation.us
    •    Provide clear photos of:
    •    The item
    •    The packaging
    •    The shipping label
    •    Your order number

If approved, we may:
    •    Send the correct item (if available), OR
    •    Provide a store credit

Refunds are not issued for any reason.



7. MYSTERY BOXES

Mystery box items are randomly selected with:
    •    No guarantee of condition
    •    No guarantee of category
    •    No guarantee of value

All mystery box sales are final and non-refundable.
