Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days depending on order volume.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.



2. Shipping Conditions

Because items are liquidation:
    •    Packaging may not be original
    •    Items may be repacked for safe transport
    •    Heavy items may arrive in multiple boxes
    •    We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier



3. Delivery Times

U.S. standard delivery:
    •    3–7 business days
Oversized items:
    •    5–10 business days

Carrier delays may occur and are out of our control.



4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once the carrier marks the package Delivered, LONESTAR LIQUIDATION is not responsible for:
    •    Lost packages
    •    Stolen packages
    •    Misdelivered packages
    •    Delivery delays

We will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but we cannot replace or refund the order.



5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned or undeliverable:
    •    No refund will be issued
    •    Buyer must pay additional shipping for reshipment



6. Transit Damage

Liquidation items may already have wear or damage not caused by shipping.
We only review damage that is clearly caused during transit, not pre-existing liquidation condition.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.



BUYER RISK & RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

By placing an order with LONESTAR LIQUIDATION, you acknowledge and agree that:
    •    You are purchasing liquidation merchandise
    •    You accept ALL risks associated with the purchase
    •    You understand items may not function as expected
    •    You will NOT attempt chargebacks or disputes
    •    You have read and fully accept the AS-IS nature of every item



LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LONESTAR LIQUIDATION is not liable for:
    •    Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    •    Loss of profits or income
    •    Injuries caused by product use or misuse
    •    Electrical hazards
    •    Damage to property
    •    Malfunctioning products
    •    Safety concerns or risks

Our total liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the item.



INDEMNIFICATION

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LONESTAR LIQUIDATION, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from:
    •    Purchase of products
    •    Use or misuse of products
    •    Resale of products
    •    Functionality or safety issues
    •    Any disputes related to the condition of liquidation items
